The college is administered by the Hindu Education & Charitable Society, which took up its first public welfare project in the form of establishment of S.M.Hindu High School, Sonepat in the year 1914. at present, the society is managing the following institution at Sonepat:-

All institutions managed by the society are well-equiped and have their separate campuses. The society possesses more than 250 bighas of prime land at Sonepat. It owns several commercial properties in the form of shops, bank buildings, storage godowns, residential colonies, hostels & hospitals. Our society is managerially efficient and alive to changes that are taking place in the world.
